Returns Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with Bee’s Knees’ Zipper Wax. However, if you are not happy with BKZW you may return or replace the Bee as follows:

  • You may recieve a refund within 30 days of your purchase with a copy of your email or shipping invoice.
  • After 30 days of your purchase or without a receipt you may return BKZW for an exchange.
  • We are sorry shipping fees are not refundable or reimbursable.

Please include the following information:
Why you did not like the Bee, we want your feed-back!
Whether you want a refund or replacement part.
A copy of your e-invoice or shipping invoice.
We can only offer your credit back to the original form of payment, via Pay-Pal.
