In my youthful days I used to think that in order to have good friends you must be one; If you put everything you have into an interview you would get the job, I mean “Who wouldn’t want to hire you!”; When you love deeply and honestly you will receive love back.
As years pass, I found these still to ring true, however, things are never what they seem. Reflect on your past and think…
You may have been crushing madly over someone, who is unworthy of your love, but the friend you told your troubles too, loved you unconditionally… love back
You were always there for a friend no matter what! They didn’t call or show up, unless they needed you…so YOU learned what it takes to be a good friend through their behavior… (bet you are still friends!)
You interviewed for a position in a big company or a job that you really wanted, but you did not get an offer. Imagine what your life would be like now if you had been offered that position. Totally different, and would it have changed who you are today?

Everything happens for a reason… The road you have travelled has led you to where you are supposed to be!

Bella and Vegas go for a meal at a Chinese restaurant and order the days special, “Chicken Surprise”. The waiter brings the meal, served in a lidded cast iron pot.
Just as the Bella is about to serve herself, the lid of the pot rises slightly and she briefly sees two beady little eyes looking around before the lid slams back down.
“Good grief, did you see that?” she exclaims!
“No what was it?” asks Vegas! Bella asks him to look in the pot. Vegas reaches for it and again the lid rises, and he sees two little eyes looking around before it slams down.
Rather perturbed, Vegas calls the manager and waiter over, explains what is happening, and demands an to know what is in the pot.
“Please sir,” says the manager, “what did you order?” The “Chicken Surprise.” responds Vegas

“Ah… we’re sorry,” said the waiter, “I brought you Peeking Duck.”

How did Bee’s Knees Zipper Wax Get Started?

It was our first year as boat owners, we were at Clinton Yacht Haven our marina and all of the guys were telling us, ” you won’t ever take your boat canvas’s off, zipping them back on is a pain in the arsk.” (They use a bit more colorful verbiage than that!) I told them “No way, I will take my boat canvas off all the time!” But yup… they were right, OMG it was awful! The boat canvas zippers were sticking, the snaps were stuck, and the boat canvas was so stiff. Stuck Zippers, snaps that wouldn’t snap, and sticking slider doors and hatches were becoming a big problem!

About 10 minutes into the struggle between me and the boat’s windshield canvas stuck zippers, I remembered I had a small block of smelly wax in the car (the one I used on thread and zippers). I grabbed it…ran it up and down the zippers, and it worked (well if it worked on dress and coat zippers why not boat canvas… right?). I said to Deb and John the owners of our Marina someone should market this, maybe I will, we all laughed.

On our drive home that day, I was sitting there enjoying the ride, thinking about the day and what a cool thing the smelly wax might bee…I turned to Dawn and said, “Bee’s Knees Zipper Wax” “Get’s Stuff Un-Stuck”…HONEST…that is how it started! Dawn looked at me and said, “What are you talking about?” as usual she though I was just jabbering about something, but I said ” No that’s the name of the wax,
that’s the name of the company, I am going to market this.
Well from there the rest is history! On July 25th 2011 we launched our Web-Site and now it is up to us! We want Bee;s Knees Zipper Wax in ever home, boat, camper, glove box, hunting duffel, toolbox, sewing kit, and office desk drawer…
